Still no travel docs

We contacted the Briish Consulate in Nashville who told us he didnt have the power to issue emergency documents for us. He gave us telephone numbers for the Consulate Generals in Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago. We called them both but no answer. We left messages and a contact number but have not heard from them!
