We arranged with Dollar to exchange the Sat Nav at North Cincinnati Airport which is actually in Kentucky! So another state visited. On the way there the sat nav started to work again! Typical!! We still exchanged it though in case it is an intermittent fault. Just to be on the safe side we also exchanged the car! Actually we have now got our Ford Escape. We had a gold one for a few minutes, but as we were trying to pack our stuff into it we realised the tailgate wouldn't open. So we waited for another one to be cleaned and prepared for us. We had that one for a few hours! We drove out of the car lot the wrong way, over a stinger, and the tyres got puntured so we only made it to the next freeway slip road and had to stop with a flat tyre! We then had to phone the hire company, who phoned "Jack Rabbit" who came and sorted our tyre about 2 hours later! Luckily we were parked by Wendy's so we were able to get food and drink. We then had to take that car back as it then only had an emergency tyre on, which we couldn't travel far with. It was then we realised that the second sat nav didn't work either, so we had to ask the Jack Rabbit man for directions to the airport. We are now on car number 6, a blue Ford Escape. We have had 3 sat navs now too! Bit of a day!! :o)
